At Salon Rosé we believe that when you get the hair of your dreams, it is more than "just hair". It is an experience. It is entering a warm inviting salon that allows you to unwind and discuss your hair goals, all while enjoying some snacks, refreshments, and maybe even a glass of Rosé!
It is making connections that ensure you leave feeling refreshed and confident with beautiful hair.
Here is what to expect at your upcoming appointment.
PRE-VISIT
New guest please call 770-755-7073 to schedule your reservation.
Existing guest may call at 770-755-7073 or text at 833-273-6162. Our guest coordinator will respond within 24 business hours. We do not reserve appointments via email or social media.
A card on file is required upon scheduling a reservation.
You will receive a confirmation text two days prior to your appointment.
For a complete color transformation please reserve a consultation in advanced to ensure we have the proper time allotted for your reservation.


DURING YOUR VISIT
We will begin each appointment with a consultation to discuss your hair goals, lifestyle, and maintenance.
We love creating custom looks for you based on your lifestyle and personal features. Inspiration pictures also help your stylist envision your goal.
Before you leave we will share tips and recommendations to set you up for success at home. We will create a maintenance plan to keep your hair healthy and looking fabulous.
POLICIES
Late Arrivals
We understand life is unpredictable. In some “out of your control circumstances” we can be flexible. We also want to make sure our stylist and surrounding clients are fairly compensated for their time and taken care of. To respect the time of both our guest and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Please call the salon if you are running behind. A guest arriving more than 15 minutes late may have an added fee of $15.00. A guest arriving more than 30 minutes late will possibly forfeit the original appointment and be asked to leave a deposit to rebook with the stylist, and a missed appointment fee depending on the service time missed.
Late Cancellations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. If these instances occur a cancellation fee will be added to your next appointment.
*During the holidays we request a 2 weeks notice.
No-Shows
In the case of missing your appointment without notifying salon, you will be imposed with a fee in the amount of the missed service before you are able to make a future reservation . Service providers have the right to refuse service to guests with repeated absents.
Children
We pride ourselves in providing a high quality guest experience in a relaxing environment. Please refrain from bringing young children to your visit as this may interfere with other guests' experience.
The salon environment isn't safe or fun for children. Your stylist will be handling chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects.
Service Guarantee & Refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not over the moon about your service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed adjustments within 7 days of your service.
We understand not all products work for all hair types. We make it our mission to stay up to date and educated on all our product lines. In the event you are dissatisfied with your products purchase you have 14 days to switch out the purchased products. If you are unable exchange the products in our 14 day window, please make guest services aware within 7 days of purchase so we can properly review the exchange circumstance.
All service and product refunds will be credited to a gift card to be used toward your previous purchase type (product/service).
Health History
For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any/or physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. Pregnancy is always confidential. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.
